Student files suit against Society officers

"Jefferson Literary and Debating Society member Guinevere Christmann has filed a bill of complaint with the Albemarle County Circuit Court concerning alleged breaches of the Society's Contracted Independent Organization agreement. The complaint names University President John Casteen and Society officers Dan Kirwin, Stephen Bander, Justin Schauer, Scott Tumperi and George Banks as defendants."
