Earl Washington Case Shows Reforms to Death Penalty, Criminal Cases Needed, Neufeld Says

Earl Washington was convicted of the rape and murder of Linda Williams, a crime he did not commit. After the case, reforms were made for "postconviction DNA testing to exonerate the wrongfully convicted."
