Total ban on alcohol urged for all Va. college events

"Committee members of a governor's task force studying sexual assault and drug use on Virginia's college campuses [recommend]...that alcohol be banned at all college events, regardless of sponsorship." U.Va. President John Casteen III stated his opinion, saying that "inappropriate activity is not enough reason to ban actions that are legal."
