Clinton signs anti-'date-rape drug' bill
President Bill Clinton signed a bill that outlaws the use of Rohypnol and other "date-rape drugs" to incapacitate someone and commit a violent crime against them. This law also prohibits the "possession, manufacture, or distribution of an illegal drug with intent to use it in commission of a violent crime."| Subject | |
