Accuser Under Same Spotlight As Accused

This letter to the editor critiques a previous, anonymous letter to the editor which asserted the hardships faced by men falsely accused of rape. This letter argues that false accusations of rape are largely filtered out by the judicial system through assessments of the accuser's personality and credibility, and the presence or absence of evidence.
