Roe's Case Sent to Grand Jury

A rape charge against third-year UVa student Richard Roe is scheduled to be sent to a grand jury in May 1988. The jury will decide whether or not to indict Roe, who was accused of raping a 21-year old female student at the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house.
