Reporting Rape

This notice by the editor responds to the recent reporting of three acquaintance rapes, soon after third-year student Richard Roe is charged with the rape of a female student. The editor asserts the inculpability of victims of acquaintance rape, maintaining that "no means no" even in situations where the survivor knows their assailant personally. Further, the notice asserts the importance of communication, and maintains that reporting a rape is still a difficult process for survivors.
