University Faces Suit
A former UVa graduate student files a lawsuit after she was raped at her Emmet Street apartment following a burglary. The charges include two counts of negligence on the grounds that the University provided inadequate lighting and an apartment that was improperly secured, and one charge each of violation of statutory duty and breach of contract.Files
