These two letters to the editor criticize several recent articles by reporter Beth Peck covering a lawsuit by fourth-year student Lisa Pelled against the owners of her apartment complex for inadequate lighting that led to her abduction and rape. The letters argue that Peck's disclosure of Pelled's name in print violated her right to privacy, and responsible journalism.
