Report of the Hearing Panel for the Investigation of the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society, May 7, 1993

"On April 19, 1993, the panel members received the charge to review the allegations against the Jefferson Literary and Debating Society (hereafter the Jefferson Society or the Society) in light of the Society's responsibilities as a Contracted Independent Organization (C.I.O.) to consider resultant implications for the organization and the University, and to make a report, with recommendations if appropriate, to the Vice President for Student Affairs."
