UJC looks to change assault policies
The University Judiciary Committee consider amending their constitution to extend the time limit for filing Standard One cases involving physical assault to one year, as opposed to forty-five days. Members of the ad hoc committee consider that survivors may take a longer amount of time to report due to feelings of shame or betrayal.Subject | |
