Student judiciary committee dissolves sexual misconduct subcommitee
The University Judiciary Committee dissolves its sexual assault subcommittee as a result of the University's new policy, which leaves the UJC with no jurisdiction in sexual assault cases. Such cases henceforth fall under the jurisdiction of a committee appointed by the Title IX coordinator. The UJC plans to continue involvement in bystander intervention efforts.Subject | |
