Take Back the Night hosts panel, discusses new sexual misconduct policy

Take Back the Night Holds a discussion panel entitled "A Discussion on Sexual Misconduct Policy and the Law," headed by Emily Renda, Associate Dean of Students Nicole Eramo, and law professor Anne Coughlin. Panelists remark on revisions to Title IX policy, including a new semantic distinction between affirmative and effective consent, and the single investigator model of sexual assault litigation.
