Police charge patient with assault, battery
James Phillip Ritch, Jr., a patient at the University Medical Center's psychiatric ward, is charged with one count of sexual battery, two counts of assault and battery, and two counts of verbal abuse, against three women. This comes on the heels of a charge against Rudolph T. Johnson, Jr., a patient care assistant, who was charged with raping a patient in the psychiatric ward.Subject | |
