Cost-effective sexual assault prevention

This opinion article argues that common anti-rape measures, such as rape whistles and safety precautions, are ineffective in cases of assault involving alcohol. Instead, the writer advocates the use of an anti-rape coaster, designed to change color when it comes into contact with specific date rape drugs.
