Reminiscent of the 1987 document, "An Audacious Faith," an Audacious Faith II aims to present the concerns of the Black student body. The report details four specific goals: establishing the Carter G. Woodson Institute as a department with full funding and a sizable faculty, increasing the number of Black faculty and graduate students, providing appropriate funding and support for the Office of African American Affairs, and committing to public service for the Black youth of Charlottesville.| Creator |
