2002/07/11 - Johnson sentenced for sexual batteries
Rudolph T. Johnson, a University hospital employee, is convicted of sexually assaulting two patients in the psychiatric ward and sentenced to ten years in prison. Johnson objects on the grounds that both sexual encounters were mutually consensual.
