Cavalier Daily Apr 17, 2014 - SMART resolution targets sexual assault at U.Va.

The Student Council passes the Sexual Misconduct Awareness, Recovery, and Tangible resolution, which calls for student and employee training in bystander intervention, updates on the number and types of cases referred to the Sexual Misconduct Board, and increasing the transparency of the election process for Sexual Misconduct Board members.
