Lawyers for U.Va. dean say subject of Rolling Stone rape story is 'serial liar'

Assistant Dean Nicole Eramo's lawyers continue to request information regarding texts "Jackie" sent in regards to the alleged gang rape against her. The National Organization for Women (NOW) wrote a letter to President Teresa Sullivan claiming that Dean Eramo's filings are a form of "victim blaming and shaming that fosters rape culture, revictimizes those brave enough to have come forward and silences countless other victims.â€
