Subject of discredited U.Va. gang-rape article fights efforts to access her email, texts

Dean Nicole Eramo's lawyers subpoena requestsÂ "Jackie's" correspondences with Sabrina Rubin Erdely andÂ Rolling Stone, as well as email exchanges and social media and message board posts, to access more information about the unreliability of Jackie's story and the extent to whichÂ Rolling StoneÂ knew or should have known about the accuracy of that story. Jackie's lawyerÂ Palma E. Pustilnik objects to the request for documents.Â
