This March 1986 report on campus lighting notes, "The majority of the cases of sexual assault occurred off-Grounds. In fact, of the last four publicized attacks, they occurred off-Grounds (Zeta Sorority House, Rugby Road, and Grady Avenue.) Therefore, it may be wise to approach the City Council for additional lighting in these areas."Files
