Rape Adjudication Process Needs Reform

This letter to the editor by a UVa law professor calls for amendments to the University's judicial process in rape cases, including increasing the numbers of women and students on the Committee for Judicial Policy which adjudicates rape cases, formally training committee members, publicizing a zero-tolerance policy for rape, and making public the committee's decisions on cases.
