Mock Trial Differs From Judiciary Rape Hearings

This letter to the editor critiques a recent series of mock trials for rape, a program called "Date Rape on Trial." It asserts that the mock trial did not actually reflect the proceedings at a University judiciary trial, as it represented the process as legalistic, whereas UVa's hearing process is not.
