Council Hears Rape Concerns

Associate Dean of Students Sybil Todd addresses students to raise consciousness of date rape, whose incidence exceeds rape by a stranger by an estimated five times. She aims to dispel the media-enforced myths that women should not be taken seriously, and that men know more about sex, which contribute to this crime.
