Incidents Draw Comments and Charges

Three boys who threw a Molotov cocktail bomb through the door of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house, in retaliation for the rape of a 16-year old girl at the frat, face felony charges. The Assistant Commonwealth Attorney maintains that the 16-year old girl suffered a sexual assault, despite the fact that no charges were filed against the fraternity. The incident raises issues about allowing minors into parties.
