Details of Case Unclear

Charlottesville police investigate the rape of a 16-year old girl at Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house, and turn the case over to the Commonwealth Attorney. The Phi Gamma Delta president maintains that the sexual encounter between the girl and one of the fraternity brothers was mutually consensual. It is suspected that the girl entered the fraternity house by posing as a University student.
