Women Ask Council Curb of Area Rapes

Charlottesville women's groups, led by Cyndi Taylor, appeal to the city council to curb a recent rise in the incidence of rape. The coalition of women's groups includes NOW, the American Association of University Women, the Business and Professional Women's Club, the League of Women Voters, and the Shelter for Help in Emergency.
