Letter to Fairfax judge alleges Jesse Matthew sexually abused as a child

An ex-girlfriend of Jesse Matthew writes a letter to a Fairfax judge alleging that Matthew experienced repeated childhood sexual abuse. Charged with three felony counts as well as the first-degree murders of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington and UVA student Hannah Graham, Matthew pleads guilty.
