Sullivan announces new sexual misconduct reporting requirements

President Teresa Sullivan announces a new University policy requiring University faculty and staff to act as "Responsible Employees" by reporting allegations of sexual misconduct they hear from students to the Title IX coordinator. The new policy means that faculty cannot honor survivors' requests for confidentiality, and that a three-member Evaluation Panel will decide whether the University should pursue a Sexual Misconduct Board on a given case.
