Education Dept. issues ruling on assault policies
In response to a complaint filed by the Security on Campus organization on behalf of survivor Annie Hylton, the Department of Education rules that survivors' actions in speaking about their Sexual Assault Board cases do not violate the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act. Security on Campus director Daniel Carter emphasizes that the ruling will prevent the silencing of survivors.Subject | |
