Accused in Two Rapes, Former Student at Indiana University Avoids Prison With Plea Deal

John P. Enochs, a former Indiana University student, entered into a plea deal after being accused in two separate rape cases. Since he agreed to the plea deal, the felony charged were dropped and he will only spend one year on probation for a misdemeanor. Some individuals are comparing this case to that of former Stanford University student Brock Turner.
