Judiciary Impact Dependent on Increased Scope

This opinion article discusses the University Judiciary Committee's provision that prohibits sexual assault on University-owned property, in light of the fact that many locations where assaults occur, including the Corner and Rugby Road residences, are not University-owned. She contrasts this with the Honor Committee's policies, which apply to all Charlottesville areas.
