Defense Points to Plaintiff's Use of Drugs, Alcohol in Case

In response to Charlottesville's first confirmed drug-induced sexual assault, the counsel for the defendant, Keith Allan Guerrini, criticizes the media's release of information about the incident, which failed to mention that the victim of the assault had alcohol and marijuana in her system at the time, in addition to the date-rape drugs mentioned.
