Officials Confirm Role of Chemical in Alleged Assault

A forensics report reveals the first documented case of drug-induced sexual assault in Charlottesville. The report was filed by a female University student against third-year Commerce student Keith Alan Guerrini, who she alleges sexually assaulted her at a sorority date function. The report shows that she tested positive for high blood levels of diazepam and chlordiazepoxide.
