2014/10/20 - Matthew indicted for 2005 sexual assault

A grand jury in Fairfax County indicted Jesse Matthew on three felony charges Monday in connection with a 2005 sexual assault case. Matthew is charged with attempted murder, abduction and forcible sexual penetration with an object. DNA testing from the 2005 case is linked to the 2009 disappearance of VA Tech student Morgan Harrington, and the 2014 disappearance and death of UVA student Hannah Graham.
