Three University of Virginia graduates sue Rolling Stone over retracted rape story
Three class of 2013 University of Virginia alumni who were members of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity as undergraduates are suing Rolling Stone managing editor Will Dana and "A Rape on Campus" author Sabrina Rubin Erdely for damages. Specifically, the men are suing on counts of defamation and negligent infliction of emotional distress, and are asking for at least $75,000 for each count.| Subject | |
