Harassment victims seek justice, understanding

This article discusses the difficulties in persuading UVA faculty members to go to meetings about sexual harassment, as well as getting female students to report incidents of sexual harassment to faculty. Assistant Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences Maruta Ray gives an example of a female undergraduate student who reported being sexually harassed by her faculty advisor.
