Panelists Debate Legal Aspects of Pornography

A local panel of speakers discusses whether it is constitutional to ban pornography, given the First Amendment. Cindy Taylor, participant and president of the Charlottesville chapter of NOW, maintains that depictions of women as willing recipients of violence in pornography will encourage sexual crimes against women in reality. Participant and sexologist Ted McAlvie negates this viewpoint.
