Handling of Rape Incident 'Unprofessional'

This letter to the editor criticizes the Charlottesville police department's investigation of the rape of a 16-year old girl at Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house. Specifically, it objects to the police department's dismissal of the case as a false report of rape, due to the girl's changing story during questioning.
