Rolling Stone Wins Lawsuit Dismissal Over Debunked UVA Rape Story

U.S. District Judge Kevin Castel dismissed the lawsuit by three former members (George Elias IV, Ross Fowler, and Stephen Hadford) of the University of Virginia's Phi Kappa Psi fraternity againstÂ Rolling Stone, Wenner Media, and Sabrina Rubin Erdely for their article "A Rape on Campus," which the plaintiffs claimed defamed them.
